What counts as a block game?
Two families share the name. In Tetris the pieces fall and you steer them on the way down. In Block Blast the board stands still: you pick a piece from the tray, drag it to any free spot, and a filled row or column disappears.
That one change turns a reflex game into a planning game. Nothing moves until you do.
The board Block Blast uses
Eight cells by eight. A row needs eight blocks to clear, and so does a column. The score sits above the grid, with a crown beside it that keeps your best run.
